MOST HAUNTED PLACES I HAVE INVESTIGATED
The majority of these are places I have had the pleasure of investigating myself and of course some are on my paranormal wishlist.
1. Waverly Hills - Louisville Kentucky- I have investigated this monstrosity four times and it never disappoints. So much energy and so much activity, Waverly is #1 on many lists. So much history, so much death this facility is on anyone's bucket list. The scariest place I have ever witnessed with my own two eyes.
2. Hales Bar Dam - Outside Chattanooga Tennessee - Had the pleasure of staying here for a couple days and the stories of an indian chief haunting this place is true. From the vortex of swirling water, to "Sam" hugging you on thermal camera, this area was an amazing investigation. http://www.halesbarmarina.com/
3. Okie Pinokie State Park outside Kokomo Indiana - Such a creepy and unsettling feeling as you drive up into a circle drive with a running creek and reports of UFO's all around this area. Not only that but EVP's of little girls asking for help makes this one of the most uncomfortable places I have ever had the pleasure of investigating. http://www.hauntedhovel.com/okie-pinokie-peru-indiana.html
4. Devil's Creek - Corbin Kentucky - Not much about this area on the internet, I have visited this area more than a dozen times and sometimes it is hit and miss with paranormal activity. The scariest moment was an investigation that had us seeing strange vehicles parked and then coming back to our own vehicle seeing hoof marks all over the vehicle and capturing one of the most creepy EVP's I have ever encountered. A laugh that to this day send shivers up my spine. Its an area that even locals really don't talk much about since a Satanic Church was found and torn down all but the concrete slab that it once stood on. Many great tombstones and history attached to this area in the middle of no where. Only decent YouTube videos of Devil's Creek is from Spirit Seekers
5. Mansfield Sanitarium - Outside Mansfield Ohio - Such history with this building due to it first being a hospital to Civil War Soldiers. Then the facility becoming a mental ward. Stories of a revenge hungry nurse that hates men, kids playing with you in the top of the facility, EVP's actually saying your name, soldiers speaking to you via EVP and so much more. The most infamous story is of a child molester that was put in the basement to keep away from everyone. His lair was very creepy along with the dolls he would keep. Lots of energy and bad energy at that. Such a history filled facility, if you get lucky you must make it a couple day trip to fully get the feel of the entire structure. Very close to a Waverly Hills feel, 60000 people did not die there like with Waverly though.
In your post about Devils Creek, can you provide more detail on what you mean by "strange vehicles"- thanks!
